Sayy was thought up to help candidates from underrepresented backgrounds understand a workplace’s inclusivity and overall workplace opportunity. That organization’s employees would be able to rate their employer’s Diversity score through the combination of several factors.

Scoring Career Opportunities

The Diversity Score is broken into secondary categories and tertiary scores to help users understand an organization’s specific strengths and weaknesses. These subjects shed light on how well an organization supports their employee’s wellbeing.

Rating Form

An example of how a user will interact with and give their feedback. Users optionally have the ability to include a written review of their employer to give more context to their ratings and experience. This enables candidates looking for work to get a more nuanced understanding.
